twoCents is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Data may be reset between releases; we will give you in-app notice before doing so where reasonably possible. Use at your own risk.
A community opinion platform. Posts represent users’ personal situations and the crowd’s anonymous reactions. twoCents is not legal, financial, medical, professional, or therapeutic advice and does not establish any professional relationship. No content on this platform, including AI-generated reasoning, should be relied upon for real-world decisions. twoCents is not responsible for any action taken or not taken based on content posted on the platform.

We use automated checks plus human review on every submission. We may hide, edit metadata on, or remove any content that violates these terms. Repeated violations can lead to account suspension. If your content is removed or your account is suspended you may appeal by emailing support@twocents.co.in within 14 days; we will respond within 7 days.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant twoCents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, aggregate, and process (including by AI subprocessors) your content within the app for as long as your account is active. This license terminates when you delete your account, except to the extent your content has been incorporated into anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot be reversed.
Each dilemma is accompanied by AI-generated both-sides reasoning. AI output can be wrong, biased, or misleading. It is automated commentary, not a legal or professional opinion. Do not rely on it for real decisions. We are not liable for any loss caused by AI-generated content.
If you believe content on twoCents infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email support@twocents.co.in with: a description of the work, the URL or case number of the infringing content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We will respond within 7 days.
twoCents is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that any content (including AI-generated content) is accurate, complete, or reliable. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twoCents, its founders, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and subprocessors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the service, any content on the service, or these terms, regardless of whether such damages are based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand) or the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the claim, whichever is greater. If you have not paid us any amount, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply; however, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless twoCents, its founders, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and subprocessors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any content you post, submit, or transmit through the service; (b) your use of or access to the service; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right; or (e) any dispute between you and any other user or third party.
twoCents reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate fully with twoCents in asserting any available defences. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these terms.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to comply with law. You can delete your account at any time. The clauses on Your content (for aggregate stats only), Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of cloud providers, internet disruptions, or governmental action.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in effect. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and twoCents about the service.
